I’ve been doing Speed Keto now for a couple of weeks. I know I said I would be doing live videos and such. But, I’ve decided to wait until my next round to do that. I wanted to learn the plan really well before I put myself on video. I have watched my close become bigger on me.
NO – I haven’t weight myself as of yet. Because according to the plan you are supposed to do a beginning and an end weight and hide your scale during the 30 day period. I will be posting before and after pictures.
Here is a little about Speed Keto and the most frequently asked questions.
So many people ask these questions:
What exactly is Speed Keto?
It’s a highly successful program:
- accelerates Keto weight loss
- cuts through stalls like a hot knife through butter
- removes all difficult calculations like macros
- provides 30 days of shopping lists, menus, and recipes
- incorporates a gentle form of intermittent fasting
- an extra 14 days of shopping lists, menus and recipes when you want to drop some weight in a hurry
- incredible private support group
Is it a scam?
Hardly. It is part of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We have a 90 day no questions asked refund policy.
Can’t I find all this online with Google and YouTube?
There are millions of pages and recipes online. None of them offer anything remotely like Speed Keto.
Why do I have to pay for it?
It’s a $39 one time fee for a digital download. You never have to pay again. You can use it forever. And you can also have a physical one mailed to you.
What if I don’t like the foods?
It has extensive substitutions. You never have to eat something you don’t like or you’re allergic to.
What kind of recipes are there?
There are breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes with strict Keto calculations.
Are they hard to make?
Actually, the recipes are very simple. You can find all the ingredients locally in a supermarket. There are no funny ingredients you have to order online.
Do I have to take supplements on Speed Keto?
You should have electrolytes and MCT oil or powder. But you should take these for regular keto as well.
Why isn’t it free?
You’ve probably spent a heck of a lot more on programs that didn’t work. More than 8000 people, members of Facebook groups just like you say it does.
What’s with all these contests?
Motivation! The creator wants people to get the best results so they can be happy with themselves and their accomplishments and maybe have a chance at receiving a gift for their accomplishment.
The contests are real and so are the results and the prizes.
Tips before starting
Some things that you will need to spend money on but this goes for anytime you are doing Keto:
- MCT Oil or Powder (start on a weekend to see how your stomach will react and start with a teaspoon, not the tablespoon measurement.)
- Bone Broth (unless you make your own there is a recipe but I find it easier to use Kettle & Fire) (Use my code: gunsbuns10)
Things I recommend getting before you start Speed Keto:
Also, don’t go crazy when shopping for food on the shopping list. I found it easier to do a week at a time. And prep it beginning of the week into portions out the food and then put all the ingredients in a freezer bag and or container and cook the day of or the night before for my lunches.
You can prep it all at the beginning of the week like the book says but I like my food freshly cooked and not microwaved.
Fasting is hard to start out with. I am used to not eating for long periods of times because of my eating disorder I have struggled with all my life but I found myself hungry. So take it slow and sip on that bone broth.
When you complete the plan remember we will have so many recipes for you to come and find for you to maintain…
